I'd suggest to avoid this shipper. I believe my car was damaged during shipment & the company refuses to even discuss restitution for the damage. I've sent several requests with photo evidence showing the condition of the car when it was picked up by the shipper & the damaged condition upon delivery. The company has not responded to any of my many e-mails, texts, and telephone calls. Definitely would not recommend this company for shipping your goods.

The damage to your car was done before pickup. Please refer to the pictures taken while it was on the dealer's lot. I sent you pictures of the damage to your bumper. It was done on your lot, and you're trying to blame my company for damage that was already on your car before it was picked up. Be honest. You also didn't report the damage when it was in my trailer. It took you one week to report the damage. Be real, please.
