I recently used Majex Inc, booked through WiseMove.ca, to transport my Nissan Rogue from Ottawa to Vancouver, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. From my first interaction with Dempal until the delivery of my car, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring.
Pickup took place on November 29 in Bells Corners (Ottawa), and my vehicle was delivered on December 5 in Vancouver (Richmond). Covering such a long distance in this short timeframe (only 7 days) was truly impressive and, in my experience, far from typical. There were two drivers involved in the transport, both of whom worked very hard and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The first driver, Harwinder Singh, was punctual, very polite, and clearly dedicated to his work. He loaded my car onto a large two-level truck and departed promptly, driving consistently during the daytime until reaching Calgary.
After two days in Calgary, a second driver, Parminder, took over. He transferred my car onto another large truck and delivered it to Richmond (Vancouver) within two days. Throughout the process, I could see that the team was highly committed to ensuring a safe and timely delivery.
At the beginning, I was hesitant to hand over my car, but now that the process is complete, I am very happy with my decision. Majex Inc even allowed me to place some personal belongings on the back seat of the vehicle, which was a significant convenience, and none of my items were lost or damaged.
Overall, I strongly recommend Majex Inc and their team. Thank you to Dempal, Harwinder, and Parminder for a smooth, exceptionally fast, reliable, and truly professional service.
