WAW - what can I say - they arrived on time, shrink wrapped the piano, then quilted, then shrink wrapped again. My flooring was covered. Piano was on the truck in 10 minutes. Really pleasant, professional people to work with who knew what they were doing. A fantastic experience all round and would “highly” recommend them...
